Properly way to use
1, Place the knife blade against the tip of the sharpening steel at an angle of approximately 20 degrees.
2,Pull the knife down and across the steel ,describing a slight arc.
3.Repeat the action on the back of the steel to sharpen the other side of the blade.
4.Repeat the 2 and 3 step five to ten times,alternating the left and right side of blade.
Note:Sharpening only one direction,Don't move backward and forward.
☞This item was design for straight-edged knives only.it don't suitable for serrated knives.
☛ Don't give too much press during sharpening process neither pull your knife back and forth in the grinder slots,or you will damage the blade.
☛Do not put th sharpener in the dishwasher or rinse water.
☛After sharpening your knife,wipe the sharpener with a damp cloth or rinse with water .then wipe dry a soft cloth to clean the metal part and ceramic rod.
☛Keep the sharpener or knife out of reach of children to avoid the accidents.
