Easy To Use
Follow these directions for a simple and smooth sharpening experience；
STEP 1: Coarse sharpening, Place knife on the sharpening slot. Using light pressure pull the blade back in a horizontal motion,
drawing the blade through the slot from base to tip. Repeat this motion 2-3 times. Don't push and/or forcefully pull the knife back and forth.
STEP 2: Middle honing, This necessary step eliminates the burrs on the knife. Honing your knife should be done regularly dependent on use.
STEP 3: Fine honing, Grinding finishing and polishing as well as returning the knife to optimum sharpness with a polished look.
