The FŸri pro 25cm (10") Cooks Knife was developed in close association with industry trainers, to provide features that professionals needed. The special features of the 10" Cooks Knife include: Exceptionally broad blade, for improved knuckle clearance, and longer sharpening life. Narrow bolster, near the blade edge, for easier sharpening: the blade can be sharpened down a long way before the heel becomes thick and intrusive. Widest point is actually 55mm from the bolster (not at the bolster), so the blade rolls beautifully from front to back.
